“Implementation was very smooth.  Michael spent a lot of time with the counseling staff.  He was thorough in his review of all the functions.  The medical section of the program was reviewed several times with the doctors and nursing coordinator.  The dispensing application is operating effortlessly.  The management of methadone inventory has been so easy.  We are able to track every bottle when it was reconciled and with what other bottles.  The success of the implementation of these sections is because of the training of the staff.  The time allotted for orientation was significant and all staff members felt confident in their abilities after the initial training.  In addition the review that occurred about 6 weeks after implementation was very beneficial.  This allowed the staff to review their experiences with the trainer and clear up the issues they were seeking to resolve.”
